About Tajik National University
Tajik National University (TNU) was founded on 21 March 1947 in Dushanbe, Tajikistan. The main campus of TNU is located near the Vatan cinema on Dushanbe Rudaki Avenue. The name of the native Tajik language is “Donishgoҳi Milli Tojikiston”.
From journalists to ordinary finance professionals and managers, Tajikistan National University develops a large number of human resources for the country’s economy. Murodali Alimardon, the former chairman of Tajikistan’s National Bank, studied at TNU, along with other famous leaders of the country.
With 70 years of history, the Tajik National University (TNU) is considered one of the most prestigious and largest higher education institutions in the country.
According to the submission, the university includes a publishing house, a research library, a botanical garden, a hostel, a military choir, and a high school. For the establishment of functional educational and production bases in the establishment of industrial and practical training: Takob, Ziddi, and Javon.
The University has 154 professors, 509 doctoral candidates, and 154 doctoral graduates.

Eligibility to Study Tajik National University
Passing the Tajik National University’s basic selection requires you to meet the following requirements:
- Students must reach the age of 17 before December 31st.
- To become a physicist, chemist, mathematician, or biologist, you must pass the 10+2 standards. At least 50% must be achieved in the 10+2 standard. A minimum of 40% is required to qualify for the Scholarship.
- The student must have studied English.
- It is mandatory to take the NEET examination given by the National Testing Agency (NTA).
